The Jack F. Bylsma III Memorial Endowed Scholarship is an annual endowed scholarship that has been established in memory of Jack’s name by his family upon his untimely death at age 14. A member of Future Farmers of America, Jack was also an avid outdoorsman. Hunting and fishing were his favorite pastimes. The Treasure Coast Grumman Retiree Club Scholarship has been established to assist a distinguished Indian River State College student who is majoring in pre-engineering.
